The White Horse Federation is proud to celebrate another outstanding year of sporting achievement across our primary schools with the publication of our Primary Sporting Excellence 2026 highlights book. The annual showcase recognises the dedication, teamwork and determination demonstrated by pupils and staff throughout the academic year, both in competition and through wider participation in physical activity.
Across our Trust, children have embraced opportunities to challenge themselves, develop new skills and represent their schools with pride. From cross-country and athletics competitions to football, netball, swimming and inclusive sporting events, pupils have demonstrated the values that sit at the heart of sport: resilience, respect, teamwork and ambition.
The highlights book captures the breadth of sporting opportunities available across our primary schools and celebrates the many successes achieved throughout the year.
Sport continues to play a vital role in helping pupils lead healthy, active lives while building confidence, character and a sense of belonging. The stories featured throughout the publication demonstrate how physical activity supports not only sporting development but also personal growth, wellbeing and lifelong learning.
We would like to thank our colleagues, students, sports leaders and partners who continue to make these opportunities possible. Their support helps us to continue to "Inspire Lives through greater opportunity and choice", and create a culture where every child is encouraged to be active, challenge themselves and achieve their personal best.
We invite you to explore the TWHF Primary Sporting Excellence 2026 Highlights Book and join us in celebrating another remarkable year of sporting success across our schools.
